FNM are streaming their Detroit concert Friday May 7th. 6:15 pacific time on Yahoo... I caught the Seattle and Portland shows last month and I can say that they are in great form as always. Those that give a shit, ENJOY!
any chance they will visit the non Van/MTL/TO areas of Canada?
Pleeeease....I couldn't make the Van show, not much of a festival guy (Bumbershoot is the closest remaining show)...and I can't justify the cost of heading east, alone, for this one. None of my close friends are fans. I've wanted to see this band live for 25 f'n years ugh.

HELLO MOTHERF@$KERS!!!! Detroit was an INCREDIBLE show... Patton was in GREAT form and his voice is just AMAZING!!! I was able to watch the webcast when I got back from Detroit last night... err...thls morning!! The setlist was REALLY good and we were treated to interesting performance of "Mark Bowen" by FNM original singer Chuck Mosley as well as a hilarious version of Hall & Oates "Rich Girl" because they were playing next door at The Fox!!! It really was a night to remember
Picked up this SWEET poster by artist L'il Tuffy too:
We had to wait in line for about 2 hours to get one... but considering they were signed by ALL of the band members, COMPLETELY worth the wait!!!

Love your pics, Dave! It was my first time seeing them and I was absolutely amazed. His voice is unreal. Fantastic show, I would not have thought I would enjoy it that much. My favourite part was the Burt Bacharach cover God, that man can belt it out. I had goosebumps a lot of times. Too bad we did not bump into you guys. The Tigers game fucked up the whole parking situation.
Please, Pearl Jam, consider a Benaroya Hall vinyl reissue!

I was bummed we didn't get to see you guys too... but we'll make sure to have a drink before the MMJ shows!!! Traffic was TERRIBLE... We parked down at the Greektown Casino and walked over to the Fillmore!! I was thinking it was ALL of the Hall & Oates fans that caused the traffic back-up!!
