Unfortunately my friend, the Fisher Price kids record player -although cool as hell- is probably not going to be the optimal player for your "Backspacer" needs.
That being said, It's a fantastic player for bringing out the hidden and subtle intricacies of "Hall and Oats" records from the 1980's.

I'm the singer/bassist in a band named after one of their songs. We play a few Headstones covers, and all the rest are originals. I just ordered a Headstones shirt from Maplemusic.com yesterday (the only one still in stock-it's for The Oracle of Hi-Fi). Just got the new Hugh Dillon Works Well With Others cd pre-order from them too (autographed).
I hope he tours in between Flashpoint and Durham County and whatever else he's doing!
