San Fran Boot 28/08

So just received my first boot in the mail today.

Awful sound, Vedder far too low in the mix, sounds really muddy, and all you can hear is Cameron's symbols.

From what I've read here, everyone is saying the boots sound really good this year after the disastrous sounding 2008 boots.

Please tell me this is a one off, got Vancouver on its way.

what happened to the great mixes on the 2000 and 2006 boots?

    Well I can tell you that I got that boot as well as the la ones that are out so far. I was at the San Fran and la shows and the sound was horrible at outside lands so I wasn't expecting much from the boot - the la shows were amazing sound at the venue and theboots are awesome -

    Just listened to LA 9/30 boot and the sound quality is the best of the 15 or so boots I have from 00,03,06 tours. Almost sounds remixed, size of venue must have some influence. Look forward to getting other three shows.
