help with Target downloads

Hi!
I live outside the US, here we have no Target, but my Dad arrive today to visit and brought me a copy of Backspacer. In the plastic cover the disc have a sticker that says "exclusive version includes 2 concert downloads" but when I open the package there is only the disc and the lyric booklet.
Is there any codes or something inside?
or did my copy is just without the downloads?
I'll appreciate any help.
