    so after 6 weeks of waiting..i get my mag woohoo i hear you all say...after 6 mins my 17 month old son rips it to bits...not a happy bunny . :evil: :evil:

    i emailed them last thursday, said they'd have a response by sunday. no response. no magazine. it'll be 9 weeks tomorrow.

    They finally emailed me back and said they were having pre labeling issues and that they would mail out the mag with a a current mag shortly. When iIasked what shortly meant, they never responded. I asked for a refund and got nothing back. What a fuckin joke.

    We got ours. My husband had to call them and the guy he spoke to apoligized profusely and said he would send one out that day. Sure enough, we got a hand-addressed envelope from them a few days later. Good luck!

    Spin customer service completely washed their hands of the problem, claimed it was being handled by a "Third Party" (even though they did an excellent job of charging my CC the day after I placed the order, imagine that). The above info is what they provided me with, will follow up as soon as I hear back from this awesome "Third Party".

    Still haven't got mine in Los Angeles ..got the labeling issue email 2 weeks ago..ordered Sept 29th. So tired of checking the mail. And I know when I get it it's gonna be folded or bent or fucked up..sucks...

    Thats usually the dogs job! Sorry to hear about it but at least you have a 17 month old son....mine has grown to 21 YEARS.

    Still waiting for mine in Australia, ordered it at the end of September sent them an email but they haven't responded yet. its now been about 10 weeks. How long do we have to wait?

    I talked to Spin customer service and they had no idea what I was talking about.
    They told me to email Nick Pandolfi. I already called him a million times, but I emailed him right now. Let's see if he gets back to me.

    Just a heads up- I hadn't received mine after about 9 weeks (ordered late Sept) and sent an email to the reference on my order. She stated there was a mix up with the labeling on a lot of orders and mine would be shipping out asap- not sure if this is because I emailed or they had found the error on their own. Took a few days to get back to me, but if you haven't received may be worth sending the email.
