    the last few days, cigarettes have been the only thing making me happy. i finished a pack at lunch though and dont want to buy another. i've been meaning to quit, but with the stress of my new job and the sudden upheavals in my love life, it's been tough. i'm going out for happy hour after work... let's see if i can stick to it ;)

    if i succeed, i'll have to work on finding something else to make me happy. i'm thinking sex, but i'm in such awful physical condition lately, i suspect it might kill me!
