My Crash PJ Hoodie is gonna be fits me?...

Hi, a months ago i buyed the hoodie, and sent to a frined in USA(i live in Mexico Country)he`s still got the hoodie in usa.
Yesterday, i check it the meassurements and see runs one small size(or more)tha the MEDIUM in all the hoodies of 10c i buyed.
Do you think gonna fits me?..
