Any significance of colored circles next to topic?

There are different colored "PJ" circles next to the topic. Anyone know what the significance is for the color. They are in no order or pattern, just some green, some red, blue, yellow?

    Look at the icon legend at the bottom of the page.
    The colors are explained! :D
