if my account was debited 14 bucks from 10c and the usps lost my fucking package in the mail?

    Not technically, but legally. I assume 10c purchased insurance on their shipments so as to not have a shit storm come if something happened.

    yeah, they are going to get back to me within two business days, but doesn't look good. i'll just wait and see if they track it down. if not, i will ask 10c if the packages were insured. if not....... :(

    and yeah, that was my logic, that the usps should rightfully deliver something to me, even without insurance since the issue is pretty clear that the last shipping info received was in transit in washington state 17 days ago, while I live in Shrewsbury, MA lol.......

    We shall see I guess.

    I had the same problem, and just emailed the 10C...I'd recommend you do the same!

    Yeah, i think the route to take would be to contact 10c, the deal is between them and USPS. What would happen i would assume is that 10c would send you a new album and then will seek restitution from USPS

    In addition to mailing the 10c, also check with your credit card company
    you may have some buyer protection
    and well if you paid for it, thats not stealing ;)
