Does anyone know when Where The Wild Things will be released in UK cinema's?

I had read a while ago it was to be this Friday,16th .... but I can't find it advertised as showing in any cinema's.Is it an international same day release?

I need to see it!!! :cry:

    This movie's going to be sweet. And it's not going to be weird at all going to see this movie by myself surrounded by a bunch of children. Nope, not at all. :shock:

    I so wanted to go see it with my family before I leave for Canada,4th November :( :(
