Does growing older scare you?

It does scare me. It's funny you mention thinking in terms of how short a time it ago it was that your parents were your age. I was thinking the other day that when I left for college my parents were only about 16 years older than I am now!

I worry a lot about how money is going to play into my future as I get older (I live pay check to pay check and am in serious debt, and I don't see how this will change over the course of my life). I worry about losing people I love and I do worry about how I will take care of myself when I'm old.

Once I turned 30 I started noticing a lot of physical changes in myself too. Just in the past couple months I've notice gray hairs popping up every day. Stuff like that scares me too for some reason, I think just because all of the symbolism it carries.

I personaly decided to revert back to my childhood, be awestruck and be silly if I want to, at least I know I will have the couriosity and balls of an adolensence to have a go. And have a laugh. I could be dead soon. We all could be. I'll be frigged if I die " wishing I had of, or I'm a gunna ".

Well, I trying to wish my thoughts lived that.

No, at least it doesn't yet. I'm going to turn 30 in February and I'm actually kind of excited about it. It feels like a real milestone. I was similarly excited when I found my first gray hairs.

I definitely feel wiser than I did when I was young, and that feels good! Hopefully my positive feelings about aging won't disappear once gravity begins to take over my body and lines start appearing on my face. Right now, I still look quite a bit younger than my real age.
