GOT A NEW JOB TODAY !!!!

5 years with my company now coming to an end. It sucks leaving all the friends that Ive made behind , but my personal gain is the most important thing. I have to watch out for # 1 which is myself and my GF.. Its weird being the one leaving after watching so many leave before me .. Im excited for the new opportunity, however especially in this economy. see you ast the spectrum..

    Congrats!
    I got let go 2 weeks ago after 4 years with a company - looking for a new job now. Didn't think I'd be in this position again - at 36 years old, I'm hoping I don't have too many more career changes. It sucks!

    I'm in the same boat as you. Downsized after 5 years with my company last month.

    yeah that happened to me in May of this year after nearly 10 years, so I know how ya'll feel I'm STILL looking for work. Thank God I have good friends who are willing to help me out. Until I find more work I'll be in the van ( lost the house in July), oh well congrats on the new job though SBB good luck there, hope it all goes well for the two of ya!! :)
