    Alexi is his name, I believe...lead guitar/vocals...frontman of the band.

    Mastodon kicked so much ass last night. "Crack The Skye" was played in it's entirety, and it sounds great live. The lights, effects, and videos on the screen are great. Stuff off of Remission, Leviathian, and Blood Mountain stuff was played too.

    awesome, man!! glad you had a good time...that's pretty badass that they played the whole album. i listened to it yesterday for the first time since Backspacer arrived...it kicks all kinds of ass!!! 8-)

    Mastodon is on the road to being a great and memorable band. They're really progressive for metal...which is kind of refreshing considering how much fucking metal is being made now days.
