DVD Authoring Question

Have a question for someone who has some skills working with making DVDs.
I have an old black and white family video that was silent that I brought to a business that takes such items and
burns them to a DVD. It's quite comical and I realized that it would really enhance the thing if it had
a soundtrack similar to the old Charlie Chaplin silent movies (ie. ragtime piano music, etc...)
Is there any fairly easy way for a person like myself who does not contain any great DVD authoring skills
to be able to take this DVD and create a new one with the music soundtrack added to it?
I suppose the original business that did the original transfer to me could possibly do it, but their services
weren't exactly cheap and I've since lost my job so in the big scheme of things, if I can't really do this myself,
it'll be one of those things that would've been nice to be able to do, but is not at the top of my priorities list.
Thanks, folks.
