Posters

I've been to numerous shows, and I've never been able to get my hands on a poster.
Is there a limited number of posters at each stand, or are the all @ one specific place to purchase them?
Next how early do you get there to get one?

You need to be one of the people standing in line to get in the door. Times range, but figure at least an hour in advance of doors opening, and at some of the busier shows, possibly more.

In all honesty, it varies, so there's no way to say for sure. But if you're not in line waiting for a while before the doors open, it's highly unlikely you'll get a poster.

Although I have not been to a show since 2007, so it may be different now, it used to be that there's a small stack of posters at each merch stand, so you can go to any stand to get one. But again, this can vary from city to city.

was just clearing out some old stuff in my apartment and found the ames bros poster from 9-11-98 i got=p

its still in pretty good condition. no creases but was kept rolled up. quick look on expresso beans and apparently it's worth about $200 or so=p

i think i might frame it~

i'm not sure what the deal is for all the gigs on this tour, but in Toronto and Austin, there have been a lot of posters. I have the tour posters from both of these dates, and none of them were numbered, nor did it look like they came even close to selling out (with the exception of the limited addition Ames one sold only at their tent in Austin, which I did buy and managed to snagg number 99/500.. and that one did sell out). I noticed after the show in T.O that they had plenty left too...

This is completely different from last year's tour, well at least at MSG, where I went both nights and had to fight for a poster. each night they only produced 466, and I managed, meraculously to get one from both.
