Los Angeles Thanx Pearl Jam...

I'm typically the kind of guy who will only speak for myself and not pretend to say things for others... but, this time i'm going to break that rule and thank Stone, Jeff, Eddie, Mike, Matt, Boom and their entire crew for 4 wonderful shows the past 2 weeks from the entire Los Angeles, Orange, Ventura, Riverside and San Bernardino counties.
Those 4 nights, for those of us fortunate enough to see at least one (let alone all four) gigs will be burned in our memories til we draw our last breaths. Thank you in particular for choosing to play the Gibson Amphitheater to share your talents with us... the acoustics in that house does justice to the name that venue bears. The song selection and the surprise guests were beyond any of our expectations (please thank Ben, Chris, Jerry and the string quartet on our behalf). And thank the Ten/VHC for putting up with us.
Anyone who was there will agree, these shows were, in a word, 'unforgettable'.
Personally, I hope that the upcoming 4 show run in Philadelphia will equal the 4 nights spent out on this coast. I will not attend those shows, but I'm hoping my kindred sprits on the East Coast will be able to experience what I already have.
Please, rest assured, you are making so many lives so happy... it is beyond any words I could ever string together. So, all I can say is, Thank you Stone. Thank you Jeff. Thank you Eddie. Thank you Mike. Thank you Matt. Mahalo Boom. I love you and wish you well on your continuing journey... a journey that has a lot of happy people following you along.
peace... love.. surf...

I wasn't in Los Angeles, and realize you guys had something really special. Yet, I am fully behind your statement. Going to this band's shows is one of the greatest joys. It makes me happy, it feeds my spirit. I guess this is what art is about.
