Only ten more hours to go until I leave Vegas and head to San Diedo!!!!!

    severe sprain is what the doc said. stay off it as much as possible. he handed me some crutches and a prescription and then told me to do everything that i had been doing already. in other words...it hurts like hell. but, it is slowly healing & getting better. advil+ice+wrap+no pressure=Happy Matt.
