State Of Love and Trust from MTV's unplugged is unbelievable. I know a lot of people on this bored dont like the unplugged album that much for whatever reason. I love it. But regaurdless SOLAT from Unplugged is ridiculous. The acoustic guitars paired with the lyrics and the way Eddie sings them is haunting. And Mikes solo at the end melts faces. Unreal....just unreal. I needed to say this.

Uhhh....people on this board don't like unplugged? I've *never* heard anyone say that...?!Bright eyed kid: "Wow Typo Man, you're the best!"
Typo Man: "Thanks kidz, but remembir, stay in skool!"0 -
I love it too. I think the OP was referring to the problems people have with the official release of Unplugged and that songs are out of order and some are left off. I, too, have never heard anyone complain about the show itself. It is amazing.
On topic: it is fantastic Unplugged. This is probably my favorite PJ song and in the top 3 of my favorite songs all time. Just a great, great song. My ipod shuffled to the remixed version on the recent Ten release and it was fun to hear how awesome that one is too. I hadn't heard it for awhile."We're fixed good, lamp-wise."0 -
Yea man I was refereing to that...the fact that for being professionally recorded its not of the best quality, that the rerelease of the DVD didn't even include Rockin' IN The Free World, and the fact that a lot of people think there are a lot better versions of each song. Personally, this is one of my favoirte shows.Ryan Crooks insists upon himself0

The song and version that started all of this for me!0

"And I listen,
For the voice inside my head,
Nothin', I'll do this one myself!
The barrel waits,
Trigger shakes,
Aimed right at my head.
Won't you help me?
Help me from myself."
Chilling....very chilling lyrics when he sings that from unplugged.Ryan Crooks insists upon himself0 -
