Anyone Else Have Club Box For Philly 10/31?

If you do you got a call from the Wachovia Center recently.
It seems that the club box we paid $225 a ticket for was snatched back by the promoters.
So I was given a few options.

1. Full Refund
2. Ticket in another box with a guarenteed "bar stool" in the box.I believe it was like $180 a ticket,small refund.
3.A lower level seat in section 207 with a $25 food and drink voucher,regular ticket price,larger refund.

I myself took option 3.
So I have a lower level seat and two free (maybe 3) beers at the show and a nice refund for the 2 club box seats I bought.
Stupid to buy them in the first place,but Im always afraid of getting shut out.
