I have the 10c version of the CD and i guess for right now the free downloads are for the target and itunes versions. From what I've read on hear we will be able to get the free concert downloads sometime in the future.

I was told by the 10c that there will be no concert downloads from the CD if you purchased it through the 10c.

The 10C email we all got said pretty explicitly that we won't get the downloads right away like the target purchase or itunes, but it WILL happen. WILL.

The covers can't be downloaded for free because they aren't the songs from Pearl Jam.
Friend of mine who was so wise not to order a CD via 10c downloaded Philly but some songs didn't make it...
