I'll have to check that out when I get home. I use a Numark TT that can transfer music to your computer or directly to your ipod

  • i haven't noticed.

i have a decent sony turntable, but it's really more about your amp/receiver and speakers.

why would you want to digitize an analog source? kinda defeats the purpose.

There was some QC problems with this package. My book's binding is upside down and backwards.

It actually records the music in an analog version. So it sound very similar to the actual turn table when you digitalize it. But I didn't buy it to digitalize Pearl Jam vinyls. I bought it to digitalize my vinyls that never made the switch to cd. Such as a bunch of my Muddy Waters lps, of Joe WIlliams lps, or George Clinton lps, or even Ray Barretto and his "Senior Funk". Believe it or not but a lot of vinyls were not popular enough to be digitalized into atracks, or tapes, or cds, or now even MP3s. This is me doing my own work and making my own recordings. Plus vinyls break down over time, MP3s dont. So if I don't want to ruin my vinyls through over use I can just digitalize them and enjoy them without ruining my vinyl or even enjoy them when I cant take my turntable places.
