Ian Brown / Stone Roses

Ian Brown is undoubtedly the Greatest. The Second Coming was criminally underrated; better suited to the U.S. than U.K., but was overshadowed by Vitalogy at the time. Daybreak and Love Spreads make much more sense today I feel. A Stone Roses reunion; now that would bring some joy to Britain! Brown is a brilliant lyricist; I've not heard his latest but the greatest is speaking to me currently. Going Down on Turns into Stone is also a great song on the other side. Maybe Ian Brown is miscast like Yusuf; both have had problems with Air Rage!

I agree .... I love the Roses .... One of the most important British bands ever .... I also thought Second Coming was far superior.
Not so keen on Ian Browns solo stuff but he is a fantastic lyricist
