Just got back from a 5 week holiday in europe and my copy of Backspacer was waiting for me....
When listening to 'Gonna see my friend' (which on first impressions is a rocking cool song) does anyone else hear a stone temple pilots vibe in ed's vocal especially in the chorus?... 'make it go away'
And for what its worth on first listen 'unthought known, 'got some' and 'just breathe' are total class!
