No, the Uk one are on 180g black vinyl and housed in a double sleeve.

Why does eveyone insist on calling it 180g? Just because it's heavyweight? Surely, that is related to the actual weight of the circle? If a 12" LP is 180g how can a 7" single also be 180g? It's nonsensical!

Without having one here to weigh I'd say its more likely to be 60g if it's the same thickness as a 180g 12". 180g <> X mm thick, 180g = 180 grams per record.
  • the 10c is white,,the other in uk is black and says golden in both sides

ok strictly speaking you're right, but if we said 60g it wouldn't mean anything to anyone.
like when we say b-side for something that never got released in vinyl, it's incorrect but everyone knows what it means.

    180g-type 7".. there, you're happy?

oh and the other difference is that one sleeve is shiny whilst the other is matt.

Not really. It just doesn't make sense. I'd just call it heavyweight. How do you know it's not 200g-type 7"? I guess I'm being pedantic.
  • today got the uk one..thanks Chime for the info :D
