I really like the Marilyn movies for some weird reason...Alfred Hitchcock too. But i'm not that educated in the older ones....willing to give it a whirl...
Any reccomendations?
The joy of life comes from our encounters with new experiences, and hence there is no greater joy than to have an endlessly changing horizon, for each day to have a new and different sun.
Citizen Kane! There's nearly no words to describe it
And I also love all the goofy Cary Grant, Rock Hudson and Doris Day stuff and of course Marilyn ... There's nothing better on a rainy and boring day And just recently I saw a really funny one by Fellini "the white sheik", also very recommendable ...
Ever read a biography of a famous person?
Please, Pearl Jam, consider a Benaroya Hall vinyl reissue!
Yes, I read about Princess Diana, and Kurt Cobain.....interestingly enough, someone told me to read the Courtney Love one too.....but I don't know. Sometimes when a famous person puts out a book, they'll say 'it's partly biographical' so I never know....
Are there any really good ones you've read?

I read a lot of movie actor biographies ... I had some good ones about silent movie actors Rudolph Valentino and Louise Brooks (she really was an interesting woman), the Judy Garland one was also a good read, but rather sad. The same goes for a truly sad one about Rock Hudson. Billy Wilder was funny.

because there are too many uptight conservatives that keep voting it down...or maybe not enough stoners that are voting to legalize it.
What else would you want to make legal?
