    Only been once. Last October.

How long were you in the ER last time you went?
So are we strangers now? Like rock and roll and the radio?

  • I'd say yes.

Are you happy with the gift you are sending?

  • I guess it depends on where it is going.

First and last time I was in the ER was for myself- about 3 hours--for the split noggin.

    Ever ridden in an ambulance?

Yep ... on my one trip to A&E

    Hospitals make you nervous?
So are we strangers now? Like rock and roll and the radio?
  • Not really. I am not usually the one in them, just visiting. But I do not like them.

Do you have a lot of people to buy for at the holidays?
  • MMMM 7-8

    You?
    GoiMTvP.gif
  • I am being a grinch this year. The only person getting anything is my 6 year old niece. Everybody else is getting a lump of coal.

Do you think the idea of Christmas is over rated and too much money is spent on gifts?
  • If it's done right, it does not have to be

    Favorite part of Xmas?
    GoiMTvP.gif
  • Getting together with family and eating and driving each other crazy to the point of having to have spirits to remain in the same room. And we aren't even a big family.

Do you have a big family that gets together at the holidays?
  • Small family on my side, bigger on the Mrs...
And yeah we had Hanukkah at my mom's last weekend and my brother and I almost came to blows...

    Holidays... Good times.

    Last time you punched someone?
    GoiMTvP.gif
  • That would probably be my sister when we were much younger. Try to make a point of not punching people, not real lady like. Even though I think about it in my mind often.

Do you yell curse words out your car window at people you feel are bad drivers?
  • Maybe :shifty:

    Do you get road rage?
    GoiMTvP.gif
  • Just with slow drivers. I think they should stay off the road. I wish every country had an autobahn. After driving on this marvel, it is hard to drive on any other freeway again.

Yesterday when I arrived at work, which is an elementary school, there was this dad who was yelling at this other dad out the minivan window, to learn how to drive-- in the parking lot. In his rant he included all the necessary curse words to belittle him in front of his children and all the other children being dropped off for school. I thought that was very appropriate, to say the least. I try to control my road rage to appropriate times.

Do you drive your children to school?
  • chimechime Posts: 7,839
Don't drive and no children

I walked to school when at primary school and got the bus when I went to secondary school. Was never driven by my parents.

Are kids too protected these days?
So are we strangers now? Like rock and roll and the radio?
  • Yeah much more than I was a kid...

Did you babysit as a kid?
    GoiMTvP.gif
  • I can argue that both ways. As I said, I teach elementary school and I see both extremes. Kids are definitely different than they were 20 years ago, even 10 years ago. Don't get me started on that argument. ;)

Do you ever go to the theater to see movies?
  • Was supposed to be in one right now but wife decides to take a nap

Last movie you saw in theaters?
    GoiMTvP.gif
  • It has been so long I can't even remember--wait, it was Avatar. I want to see The Tourist, hubby wants to see True Grit when it comes out.

What were you going to see?
  • The Tourist :lol::cry:

Going to see Angelina or that guy, what's his name?

    Do you cry at movies?

    NEVER...okay maybe once or twice

Did you recently make someone cry?
Another habit says it's in love with you
Another habit says its long overdue
Another habit like an unwanted friend
I'm so happy with my righteous self
  • If they are sad.

  • yes i did, twice. I loved it :)

Do scary films scare you? Or do you forget all about it?
  • They do scare me at the moment but I am able to forget all about it.
