    Ever had a 3 in 1 jacket - the type with a waterproof outer and a zipped in fleece - you're going to go outside in a hurry, so you slip on your jacket and rush out, only to realise when you get out there that the joining up zip was a bit undone and on one arm you're only wearing the fleecy bit and the waterproof bit is dangling down your back?
