    I am of the 'go big or go home' theory...I think around $100 million. (I would so love to live on Lake Washington, those homes average 7 million. Then I'd have to get a boat for the dock, then....

    Years ago I had to pass a test to get my scuba certification. We had to swim I think 30 feet on a single breath. Not sure now.
