do you know any lobstermen that can give me a good deal on a few lobsters?"...And I fight back in my mind. Never lets me be right.
I got memories. I got shit so much it don't show."0 -
Used to date one, as a matter of fact. Afraid it might be a little awkward if I call a former boyfriend from 20 years ago and ask him to get some lobsters at a good price for a guy I've never met who trades barbs with me daily over the internet.
Yeah, just a little awkward, that.
How about heading down to the Marketbasket and getting them there?15 years of sharks 06/30/08 (MA), 05/17/10 (Boston), 09/03/11 (Alpine Valley), 09/04/11 (Alpine Valley), 09/30/12 (Missoula), 07/19/13 (Wrigley), 10/15/13 (Worcester), 10/16/13 (Worcester), 10/25/13 (Hartford), 12/4/13 (Vancouver), 12/6/13 (Seattle), 6/26/14 (Berlin), 6/28/14 (Stockholm), 10/16/14 (Detroit)0 -
Is lobster really cheaper than hamburger there? It's still $18.99/lb here...but dungeness crab is $4.99/lb on sale...
I have a tray of Lobster Mac & Cheese from costco in my freezer...want it Boo?The joy of life comes from our encounters with new experiences, and hence there is no greater joy than to have an endlessly changing horizon, for each day to have a new and different sun.

He probably won't want that.
(I think lobster is about $8/pound now. I don't buy hamburger so I don't know what it costs. Must be less than that though, right?)

I have never in my life seen a clam that looked like that. What the hell is wrong with your west coast clams?!?
Do you know how to get large splashes of red wine out of a pair of white cotton shorts? (They had little blow-up balls on the tables at the invasion, so of course by the middle of dinner everyone in the room was whipping the balls around and I got covered in somebody's red wine but _ thank God _ saved my beer. That was almost as fun as the water balloon fight earlier.)

Unlost: right after the splash white wine/vinegar on the stain BLOT don't rub...then, mix a solution of one part mild dishwashing liquid (one that contains no bleaches or alkalis) and two parts hydrogen peroxide. Saturate the stain with this solution and let it presoak until you do the laundry. It may take two applications and two washings so be sure not to throw the item of clothing into the dryer until the stain is completely removed. Another bubbly idea is to pour club soda directly on the stain and let it go to work. With luck, the stain will lift before your eyes. If not, a little gentle blotting is all that’s needed. Once the stain is lifted, blot with a clean, damp cloth and launder as usual.

My friend Steve's dad was cool and bought his kids pellet guns but told them not to shoot anything unless they planned on eating it, so Steve shot a squirrel, and his dad made him eat it...Steve never shot another animal again...
no, I wouldn't eat squirrel, I have had squab though...I guess along the lines of squirrel...?The joy of life comes from our encounters with new experiences, and hence there is no greater joy than to have an endlessly changing horizon, for each day to have a new and different sun.

no i dont
depends on what your hunting ....dolphins lions tigers..no common animals .sorts of...game etc
but not into fox hunting when the animals ripped apart..
but the country side needs some sort of hunting for money and culture.

I believe that as long as you are hunting for sport, and you have every intention of eating your kill then it's fine. I fish, whatever I catch, if I can release it I will. If I cannot release it, I eat it. If you go out to hunt elk/deer/bear/goat you better like eating that meat. I do not believe in hunting just to kill and leaving a wounded animal in the forest to die and rot. If you shoot, and hit but the animal does not go down, and you lose it, you better quit hunting until you learn to be a better shot.
Is that the answer you were looking for?The joy of life comes from our encounters with new experiences, and hence there is no greater joy than to have an endlessly changing horizon, for each day to have a new and different sun.
