    would you?

I don't think so. I tent camp with the dogs at agility competitions and all we need to hear is a squirrel off in the distance and we're all huddling together shaking with fear. Then I start thinking of axe murderers, the bear that killed the camper at Yellowstone, random lightning strikes, drunk drivers who might decide to do a doughnut right into my little tent, snakes, killer bees, alligators and sharks. (Okay, I admit the latter two are less likely to be seen in interior New England, but still...)

If Eyed offered to take you Into The Wild, would you go?

(Brooklyn remark _ well played! )

Are you gonna plug it into a tree?

Do you like camping by the river, or in the deep woods?

    By a river definately.

Are you scared of animals while sleeping in the bush in a tent?

Yes, because those damn raccoons know how to open EVERYTHING and STEAL it ALL and then leave you a mess to clean up.

Are you a clean freak at the campsite?

Welcome back Thrilla! You were sorely missed!

(And my favorite camping spot is the side of an agility field. Any agility field. Sunrise over the A-frame is just beautiful.)

(Zchick: I figured I'd bring a really, really long extension cord for the toaster.)

    So, Thrilla, what's new?

Unlost: that's freaking awesome...though there's a new gadget out that takes solar power and converts it to AC so you can take a toaster camping, I'll see if I can find it..

    what have i missed

    Let's see...
Claire's puppy had diarrhea and she needs fashion advice regarding a smock (Claire, not Molly puppy) Zchick is planning a trip to Vegas with a toothsome young poster (she doesn't know this yet, but I'm sure she'll take my advice and follow through) Neilybabes offered to let me be his cougar Black Diamond is picking up his son and two puppies today Eddie was taken hostage by Julia Roberts, some say reluctantly, some say willingly. It's a topic of much debate. Theovl316 is presumably off licking his wounds from another weekly battering on TPAMSBT thread. You have to admire his perseverance. Jukee was concerned about what we're all having for lunch and she's going to a wedding this weekend Dimi posted something in Greeklish that none of us understood but he seemed happy anyway Dissidentman got me into trouble with Chadwick who said that Pandora and I were inappropriate. Heart Shaped Box is posting later in the day and thus misses most of the workday madness

I think that's about it. You're all caught up now.
