Not badly, a few slates slipping. The street behind our terrace was flooded a couple of years back (there's a beck that runs along under the road) but luckily it didn't get up our back steps. When we moved into our old house in winter we did have the garden wall fall over and half the garden sank in bad weather but I think that was just due to bad building contractors!
We had a rat in our house last year, hubby was away and this big black hairy rat just walked into the living room from the kitchen (I was very surprised!!), have you ever had a problem with wildlife in your house?<a href="http://s952.photobucket.com/albums/ae8/catkinson_2009/?action=view¤t=domo.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i952.photobucket.com/albums/ae8/catkinson_2009/domo.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>0 -

I am a very bad fan, I have collected nothing, all I have is the the cd's & a couple of boots, keep meaning to get Single Video Theory, but haven't got round to it yet. Have rented a dvd or two to watch but that's it. No point in getting posters as I couldn't put them up anywhere, although I did have one in the early nineties that I put up in the canteen at work, but at that time had no idea who was who and just thought they were a nice looking bunch of young men with a lot of hair. If there was a nice vest, I would buy that, but I'm not really a logo/brand kind of person, the only tops I've ever had with anything on were a donald duck sweatshirt from Disneyworld and a couple of Billabong T-shirts from a stall in Thailand. I'm very good at waffling on!
What is your most prized PJ possesion?<a href="http://s952.photobucket.com/albums/ae8/catkinson_2009/?action=view¤t=domo.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i952.photobucket.com/albums/ae8/catkinson_2009/domo.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>0 -

You were a little ahead of me then.....
I joined mainly because my love for the band had really got on a roll and I thought I'd find out whether the fans were as cool as the band are.....and the result is.......
Yep.
What's had the biggest impact on you in your life, up to this point? It's gonna be a glorious day...0 -
No I haven't got it!
If I did would I sell it? Nah!
To be totally honest, I didn't know there was a fan club until prob 18 months ago. Not really a fan club person. I would get the cd's listen to them a lot and that was it really. I never read the album covers/lyrics, I am a dozey person that thought Even Flow was called Even Though for a few years. The only indication I had of what the band looked like was that 1 poster I had, and hubby had bought me that. They just quitetly mulled away in the background for quite a long time. I guess I got rather overexcited after seeing them in the summer so thought I would join the club, otherwise I would just have quietly muddled along in my only little world, buying cd's and listening to them. Yes I think I am a bad fan. Now instead of the time that I would have been playing Mah Jong on the computer I come in here. Probably far too much!!
Off for dinner now.
Does your other half think you are loopy for spending so much time in here?<a href="http://s952.photobucket.com/albums/ae8/catkinson_2009/?action=view¤t=domo.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i952.photobucket.com/albums/ae8/catkinson_2009/domo.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>0 -

My living room would be nice. Failing that Carlisle as it's only 25 minutes up the road. Neither are likely so Manchester/Glasgow.

Climbing... Interesting Read
What is the most daring thing you have ever done?0 -
Black Diamond wrote:Climbing... Interesting Read
Don't think I'm a particularly daring person. I did bridge jump once (a bit like bungey but with a rope and doing a big swing rather than a drop) regretted it as soon as I jumped off the ledge. Also rolled down a hill in one of them inflatable balls for my hubby's 40th. Used to climb a lot. Nothing too recently really.
There is a temple that is said to have one of Buddhas teeth in a casket there, it's called The Temple of the Tooth. Yes, but it seems like the harder you try to go back the further away it gets.
