    no,

    What is it about?
  • unlost dogsunlost dogs Greater Boston Posts: 12,553
Aliens and a government conspiracy. I loved the first episode, thought the second one was good, but I've somehow lost interest. Last night I ended up shutting it off halfway through.

Why do you think that is?

I never saw "Lost." Or "The Fringe" or "Mad Men." But I am very interested in "The Amazing Race" which I'd never watched before. That looks like it would be so much fun to participate in.

    Fringe:
Set in Boston, the FBI's Fringe Division was introduced when Special Agent OLIVIA DUNHAM (Anna Torv) enlisted institutionalized "fringe" scientist WALTER BISHOP (John Noble) and his globe-trotting, jack-of-all-trades son, PETER (Joshua Jackson), to help in the investigation of an airline disaster that defied human logic. After the defining case was solved and revealed to be one of a series of unusual incidents linked together, the unlikely trio supervised by Special Agent PHILLIP BROYLES (Lance Reddick) and assisted by Junior Agent ASTRID FARNSWORTH (Jasika Nicole) was formed.

Is it me, or are there a lot of shows/movies set in Boston now?

There are many shows now that I think about it, even near Boston...I like 'Haven' too...set in Maine, based off Stephen King's 'The Colorado Kid'...now I want to read the series.

Do you tend to watch more network shows or more cable shows?

First one ever, David Cassidy in "The Partridge Family." Also, Major Don West from "Lost In Space" and, later, Shaun Cassidy from "The Hardy Boys."

    Is that pathetic?

not as pathetic as thinking Jason Bateman on Silver Spoons was cute, then it was Corin Nemec from Parker Lewis Can't Lose....

Anybody you liked when you were younger and then now that they are 'out of the closet' you feel like 'Did I miss something'?

Hmmm. Mr. Sulu from "Star Trek" (which I didn't realize until halfway through "The Big Bang Theory" last week).

You meant liked, and not liked right?

either one...I think about how much my best friend in junior high had the biggest crush on George Michael ('oh he's SO dreamy!'), some other friends had a crush on Doogie Howser...I would think they would take it as a compliment.

Are you done with all your reports?
