Sorry, the Bond Girls just don't do it for me.

And I liked Sean Connery as Bond.

Unusual or unexpected patient outcomes. Why they happened, what we can learn from them, etc., etc. It's actually not as boring as it sounds... I'm just fried lately.

Are you watching "The Middle" and/or "Modern Family" tonight?

And I might have missed you

Did something change to make you more busy?
    GoiMTvP.gif
  • justamjustam Posts: 21,412
Probably not. I made the decision to go back to school after dinner to grade a bunch of multi-track recordings. :?

Do you have any shows you like to watch every week?

"The Amazing Race" which I just started watching this year but missed it Sunday as I was up in Maine. Also "The Big Bang Theory" which unfortunately is on at the same time as my agility training session with the pooches.

And BD: I had a couple of very busy weeks on call so I picked up more cases than usual and (some of) my colleagues were less able (willing) to lend a hand... but it will all sort out at the end of the month. Missed ya, buddy!

If you could meet someone from a TV sitcom, who would it be and why?

The little kid Brick from "The Middle." He cracks me up. So does the sister, "Sue Sue Heck." They'd be fun to talk with, I suspect.

Which family from "Modern Family" would you live with if you had to pick one?

Gloria+Jay...Gloria seems so much more easy going than Claire. But I'd run to Mitchell and Cam's house for comedic relief!

    Which family would you pick?

As long as your kids don't turn out to be axe murderers I think you're doing a fine job...

I don't have a specific favorite commercial, but the Heineken commercials always make me laugh...and the Corona ones too. (why are all the beer commercials the funniest?)

Do you have a favorite food you limit yourself to eating?

I try to not eat 'junk food', though my spouse wanted pumpkin cookies, so I made those, and now I can't stop eating them!

Just popped in for a sec as I'm off to bed momentarily.
    4&20!

Did you laugh out loud during "Modern Family" when Jay yelled, "Gloria, you'd really hit it off with "Kay" "? I swear I cracked up for 10 minutes after that...

Sorry, but I didn't see it. Not a big television watcher so I am not even really sure what these shows are even about. :?

If I were to choose one show to watch this season, what would you recommend for me to watch?
  • RKCNDYRKCNDY Posts: 31,013
 Unlost! miss you! I will look forward to Modern Family tonight! It's only 7pm right now! ;)

Number1, I'd watch Modern Family or Cougar Town if you like sitcoms

Do you prefer drama or humor?

Either, really, if it is a good show. I have been known to watch both.

Is Cougar Town about older ladies dating young men?
  • RKCNDYRKCNDY Posts: 31,013
not really, it's about a divorced gal, Jules who has her neighbor friends Ellie and Laurie. They talk about how she's gonna get back in the dating game. Ellie is married, and Laurie is the floozie. Jules has a crush on her neighbor across the street, Grayson who happens to own the town bar, Jules also still talks to her ex husband Bobby who is buddies with Grayson. Travis is Jules and Bobby's son who just took off for college.
if you ever watched 'Friends' it''s basically 'Monica' all grown up.

I don't get too wrapped up in the crime dramas and stuff like that.

    How's school going?

ehh...Monday and Tuesday of next week is fall break so I am REALLY looking forward to that. We just finished the first nine weeks so we are 1/4 of the way finished with the year already (hard to believe). Thanks for asking. :D

I don't really get caught up in the crime dramas either. I liked the original Law & Order way back when but I haven't watched the off shoots from it.

How has your week been going? Anything exciting to report lately?
  • RKCNDYRKCNDY Posts: 31,013
no, nothing that exciting going on...spouse is away on a biz trip...so I'm here.

That's funny you have the time in school all counted down...always wondered if teachers did that or not :)

Got anything exciting planned for the near future? How's the little kitten Gremmie?
