    Anyone watching The Event?

No, I'm not watching it. Any good? (that's my question)

And my generation I DVRed and turned it off after 15 minutes. It was a mockumentary about what people are doing 10 years after graduating high school. It looked all right in the trailer I saw for it in the movies, but it was awful.

Do you try and catch the new shows or stick with what you got?

    I try out new shows

Xavier: I did watch 'My Generation'....it was ok, character development was not great, too many characters, poor story development. Not realistic at all....the 'jock' would never go for the 'wallflower'. Sixteen Candles all over again.

Any other new shows you aren't so sure about?

A little of both. I watch CSI New York and also am watching the new Tom Selleck show "Blue Bloods".

    What sitcoms do you watch?

More of a drama, especially of the police variety. I've seen a few episodes of Modern Family and enjoy Community.

Are sitcoms better now or in the 1990s or 1980s?

I have about 30 presets on pandora, most of it is indie type stuff. Among my favorites are Nada Surf.

yes, if they like the same music as you do, they are more likely to be excited about teaching...why would you want to hire a country fan to teach you rock?

What kind of guitar did you get?

Huge government conspiracies about aliens, disappearing planes, and lots of people with unnaturally perfect teeth. It's pretty interesting.
