No. And I've decided this year that everyone will get one present and one present only. This whole Christmas thing has gotten way out of hand. And, like last year, my goal will be to have all major presents purchased and wrapped by Thanksgiving.

What would be a good present for an active 77 year old woman? (My mother.)

Old enough to still be active and not much more addled than I am right now. I'd rather have fewer high quality years than more poor quality years, if given a choice.

Yes and no... I think more recently I've come around to associating white with death. You know, "the white light" and all.

No. I'm interested to see what happens. Of course, if nothing happens I won't know so thus don't anticipate disappointment. And... there are fates much worse than death in my humble opinion.
