yes, when he was only like 2 months old they gave him something like a spinal tap! We weren't allowed in the room and my poor thing was crying the whole time. Worst experience ever! Everything came out fine. They over-reacted. He just had a high fever, but better to be on the safe side. That asthma thing sounds terrible, justam. Those must have been some hard, sleepless days and nights.

Is that picture really you? and If so, do you have some Indian genes in you? (I ask because the pic looks kind of like my cousin Carrie who is part Indian)

Yes that picture is me. I am half Mexican and on that side there is Native blood and there's some a long way back on my mom's side because my grammy's family came over to the US so early they married the native women. ;)

Do you think I should keep that avatar or change it back to some plant life? :geek:

I think you should keep it. Its a good picture. I'll have to show you a picture of my cousin, Carrie, sometime so you can see the resemblance.

Should I post a picture of my large back mole as my avatar? :D

Only if you think that's a good representation of your personality. ;):D

    What about something beautiful instead?!

I'm having it removed in a few months. I would look at it more as a step towards being more outwardly beautiful. I have about 3 more small moles to be removed after that and eventually the big ole' nose job/reconstruction that will probably happen in 10 yrs by the time I can afford it. I wouldn't have it as my avatar very long.

How many times have you been to Disney World?

I've never been to Disney World. We just moved here last summer and we really aren't that interested in the plastic fantasy that is Disney. Do you think that's weird?

I've been to Disney Land twice (when I was a kid) have you been there?

I haven't had the heart to go and look at the ones by the gulf lately. The whole situation makes me feel awful. At first we heard that it wouldn't affect our part of coast because of currents, but I think things have changed. :|

Do you ever avoid watching the news because it's upsetting?

Here I come to save the thread (sung to the tune from Underdog).

Ever drank your way around the world at Epcot? (did that with my nephew and his girlfriend and by the time we got to Morocco he was wearing a fez. Drink at least one beer in every country.)

****EDIT: that's Mighty Mouse I think
