    Use an alarm clock, but at the weekends don't and sometimes wake up at the normal time.

    Don't think so. It's going to happen at some point so you can't get away from it, maybe more afraid of how it will happen. Do want to see my son grow up and become a man so hopefully will be around for that.

    I guess if you call patients clients then yes. I also have to go out of town twice a year to the head office for conferences.
