    Yep, it's a lot of fun and i've noticed a huge difference. I'm not fat or anything but it works well to tone.

    Yes and I highly recommend it even though you almost have to take out a 2nd mortgage to pay for it :lol:

    Early 90's as well, but I didn't REALLY discover them again until around 2000 or so. That's when it hit.
