  • No, if you start changing one thing it has a tendency to mess with every thing else.

I think it was called the speak n spell or something like that. I loved that thing. That's why my spelling is so gud. :giggle:

Dang it, I always forget to post a question.

Are you a morning person or a night owl?
  • I wake up early enough to be there morning person but I don't like mornings. I like watching movies late so I'm gonna go with night owl.

Have you ever made chicken strips from scratch?

Laughing at the Canadian reference to "strips" as opposed to "fingers." I have no idea why we call them fingers.

No, but my MIL has made chicken nuggets from scratch. I would think that the same process would work. For what it's worth, they are good. One of the few things she can successfully cook.

    What's for lunch?

I call them chicken "tenders" since they come from the tenderloin. I've seen them called strips at several outlets, though. Haven't called them chicken fingers since I was a kid.

I had a bag of Andy Capp's Hot Fries for lunch. And one of the girls I work with brought crab dip in.

    What's for dinner?

Chicken meatballs drenched in hot sauce and possibly a salad.

Any desire for adventurous, dirty camping/"festivaling" at Bonnaroo this year??

No desire for a festival ever.

Are you anxiously awaiting the return of baseball?

Are you craving White Castle right now?

YES! Thanks to somebody who couldn't keep her cravings to herself.

Do you have any exciting plans for this weekend?

    Oh yeah.

    Being able to sleep in.

    THREE MORNINGS IN A ROW.

At this point in my life, that in itself is exciting :)

    Ever heard of Green Crack?
(it's a Sativa and it is lovely)

No, but a visual just came to mind. I promise it was not the visual of Sativa.

When you have vehicle issues, where do you have them repaired? Mom and Pop, dealer, big box repair...?

Oh hell, didn't think of that...haha!

I haven't had any issues yet with my lovely little Diablo, but I'd be going to the dealer (service, warranty, etc.).

If you could snap your fingers and have your ultimate meal craved at the time appear in front of you, what would it be?

Tree gets the green, but not the question-asking part of this particular set-up =)

    My answer, yes!

Worth spending a shitload to see a band at the revered Hollywood Bowl?

($2000 for two, front row, dead center?! - I'm considering it)

    What say you's?

Sort of.. had some The REM starting off the morning, nicely
Paired with crisp morning air, and some KONA coffee. Then munchies kicked in, so I split a blueberry muffin with my sister.

Do you eat breakfast right away ( within 30 min. Of waking), or do you have to wait til you are actually hungry?
  • Wait until I am actually hungry.

Surviving past 21. I actually got suspended from school in 2nd grade, because I wrote a rather morbid poem. When my teacher asked about it, I apparently told her, " Don't put any hope in my education.. I won't live to graduate high school.. and if I have to.. I have no problem killing myself to escape my life... " she sent me to the Principal.. who called my mother in.. and ordered a psych evaluation before I could return to school.

What is one thing you hope to be known for in your life?
