February, took myself out to a nice dinner when I got my bonus.

Does it make you cringe when people put A1 on steak?

Yes, if it is truly a good steak it shouldn't need that crap.

Do you like to make your own marinades?

Yea...... I didn't realize there was an alternative LOL.... nooooo wait I'm lying. I used bottled salad dressing as a marinade once. But yes if I'm marinating meat I nearly always concoct my own substance. That once time I used Wishbone Greek dressing on some chicken was fan-fucking-tastic though. I only did it cuz the dressing was unopened and about to expire and I figured it would be a good experiment.

Have you ever cooked veal breast? I bought it without thinking and all the recipes I see online involve rolling it up which I have no intention of doing. I dont like the idea of string touching my meat.

I don't usually eat veal but if you want to roll it up you can secure it with skewers instead of string (either metal or wood).

Do you prefer making savory dishes over sweets?

Have you ever started to straighten out the gum/candy at the checkstand because the person in front of you is taking foreeeevvvvver?

Yes. In fact I've done it in the aisles when a person was looking at the stuff I wanted to look at and I had to wait for them to leave. I've done it when I was trying to see if the shit that fell in the back was the stuff I was looking for. I've done it when I was trying to figure out which price tag went with which item. CVS, I'm lookin' at you. Get your aisles straightened up or start fuckin' paying me.

Do you keep a box of random wires?

Doesn't everyone? You never know when that cable for the device that stopped working 8 years ago might come in handy.

    Is there anything you hoard?

random wires for one. And that should count as a legitimate hoard cuz it's in a couple shoe boxes and i have no idea what I even have or what is where. Also salt/pepper/ketchup packets from the deliveries. I see no reason whatsoever to throw them out. I plan on emptying the salt and pepper into shakers one day when I think I have enough to fill them. Finally, files. I never delete anything. And bookmarks. And books. And rocks. And seashells.

    I have a problem, don't I?

Yes. If you don't even know what is in the box you don't need it. My wife does that also with cords and it drives me nuts. With salt, what is this communist Russia? Time to call Dr Phil.

Do you ever watch a show in maladies and have that oh god, I do that also moment?

I've watched those hoarders shows and I didn't have that moment. I'm not sure what other shows there are. I know it's stupid I just don't like to be wasteful. I think about the production processes and the amount of trash it results in and makes me not want to contribute to that. I'm defending the wires though. I am like 99.9% certain there is one of these things in there

Can you guess what I will use this thing for?

Hopefully it's intended purpose, which is to relay sound and visual from one device to another..?

Turn all unused cables people hang onto a massive artwork project. First stop is Idents home for the show box.
