Anything that takes me to another plane where the beauty transcends the here and now, whether it be painting, sculpture, music, dance, written word etc.. it doesn't have to actually be 'beautiful' in the traditional definition but to me it's power of touching my emotions is what makes it beautiful.
What is your favorite piece of art?Anything you lose from being honest
You never really had to begin with.
Sometimes it's not the song that makes you emotional it's the people and things that come to your mind when you hear it.0 -
personally? I had a clay tawny owl brown money box hand made, loved but threw it away when I was sick, I love sculptures and portraits as well as scenery, I have a cheap picture on my wall but it's well made of a beach viewing from like a palace with a hammock on the verander, I love it, I hate abstract mind you I'd be good at it if I tried
Just The love you feel between your superiors family...and the freedom you get would make you want to go to what lengths for them, knowing the love you get back...0 -

I get road rage....lol

Was in Costa Rica for a month in 2008 and fell in love with sloths. Since, they've been my favorite animal! Haha my sister and I were camp kids...my mom sent us off for 2 months when we were about 10...I wish I did other things for many of those summers, though. My sister, on the other hand, got a lot more out of it than me, and her camp friends remain her closest friends.WhisperinHands said:I went to a week long summer camp at church one summer, but only once....I didn't like it....lolI was a strange kid....I missed my friends, so my mom never made me go again...

Whats the weirdest thing that has happened to you ?0 -
This is a completely true story--was on vacation in Argentina and staying with some cousins of my Grandma who have been living in Buenos Aires for years and years. They took us to an authentic tango club, not one of those touristy ones. This place basically looked like a converted high school gymnasium and from the outside you would never guess some incredible dancing was going on inside. So it was about 1:30 AM, my mom looks to a table near us and says, "Is that Willem Dafoe?" It was! We chatted with him for a bit, he was getting tango lessons for some reason or another and his teacher took him to this place as it was super authentic and local. He was super nice and is much less creepy looking in person! There's an autograph somewhere in my mom's house to prove it!JWPearl said:too many, but one was when my daughter left her bag in the city bench to a guy who was f@#$%^ high,i could tell, im surprised it did not get pinched, anyhow after i found him on telly singing a song about our meet ironic

As I've yet to see PJ live, the best concerts I've been to were Christian Kane...he's amazing and I always had a blast, I think my favorite is a tie between the day we filmed the music video for his song the house rules, I was an extra, and the concert I got tix for my bday, at Kah-Nee-Tah because I got to hang with a lot of awesome Kaniacs from all over the country and meet Christian for the first time.

Not a big roller coaster fan or anything that makes you feel like you want to throw up! So I guess anything with a moderate thrill. I like water parks more than amusement parks!WhisperinHands said:As I've yet to see PJ live, the best concerts I've been to were Christian Kane...he's amazing and I always had a blast, I think my favorite is a tie between the day we filmed the music video for his song the house rules, I was an extra, and the concert I got tix for my bday, at Kah-Nee-Tah because I got to hang with a lot of awesome Kaniacs from all over the country and meet Christian for the first time.
