Seeing my 4 yr old nephew pull down his shorts and pee into the lake from the shore while we were at the beach. The proud look of satisfaction on his face just made it all the more hilarious.

When was the last time you spent the day at the beach?

It's been too long. Can't remember.

Would you rather be at the beach, or public swimming pool?

    Beach - no comparison...

If you had to leave your house immediately and could only grab 3 personal items (excluding people, pets) what would they be...

I don't think you could have too many (unless you had a plant hoarding disorder). . I am currently searching for a ficus tree to replace the one I had for many years which met a tragic end. I stopped keeping house plants for a time; but have about 5 small ones right now - they were on the clearance shelves and the challenge of bringing a dying plant back to life is something that gives me great pleasure. My back porch has a bench with potting soil, pots, water trays, etc. I think plants bring life (pun not intended, but accurate) to a home.

My favorite place/thing in my hometown....Hmmm... I think it's the Canal which runs from the Maas to the Waal, just one block from my home, I love walking along side it. It's surrounded with some wood en grass. It gives me the feeling of being in nature while living in the city. I also love watching the water flowing by.

Do you like to look at flowing water?
