  • A couple hundred...maybe 200 or so. Not much. I found some good deals.

    Playstation or Xbox or Wii?

I own a PlayStation 3 and I think I might still have a PS2 in storage somewhere, but I never get to play video games anymore.

Did you ever play Adventure Island on Nintendo?
    I SAW PEARL JAM
  • You bet I did. I used to rent it from the video store to play on my NES. Man, good times.

Beer. It goes well with PJ, IMO. Maybe not better than wine from Eddie's bottle, tough. :)

If you are a beer drinker, what kind of beer do you like? Where did you drink your best beer?

  • I like Killians and other darker beers. The best beer I had was my first legal one. I had a Heineken from the tap at an Irish pub called Hennessey's in Hermosa Beach, CA. Haven't had a Heineken that I've liked since then.

What is the coolest place you've vacationed?

I enjoyed walking on Santa Monica beach (it was incredibly long) and to visit Universal studios in LA :D

What is the funniest thing you've done on a vacation ?
  • Before photobombing was a thing or official term at all (I was in my early teens) I used to flip the middle finger conspicuously in other people's photos. So there are many strangers to me that have a little punk teenager's middle finger in their photos. That would make a great Where's Waldo type book.

Can you see Magic Eye images?

    Nope.

Have you ever assembled a 3-D puzzle?
    I SAW PEARL JAM
  • No. I would like to do the Beatles' White Album 1000+ piece puzzle some day though.

What's your favorite band not called Pearl Jam?

My wife did that one. (No shit.)
What's your favorite band not called Pearl Jam?

It varies depending on my mood (Jethro Tull, Neil Young & Crazy Horse, Sonic Youth, AC/DC, Jesse Sykes & the Sweet Hereafter, The Dead Milkmen, Red Hot Chili Peppers with either Hillel or Frusciante, Faith No More, Slayer with Dave Lombardo). Pearl Jam is the only constant.

Would you consider any of those bands a close second to Pearl Jam?
    I SAW PEARL JAM
  • Not for me. I like Neil Young but he is much further down the list for me. My others that rotate in and out are Grateful Dead, Widespread Panic, My Morning Jacket, The Doors & Wilco.

How many days has it been since it rained or snowed where you are? Approximate is ok. :D

No, I'm a single, kind of attractive male. And I like women.

What movie should I see on Christmas night - The Hobbit, American Hustle, or The Wolf on Wall Street?

Do you make your own Christmas candy?

Not really and I dont understand the link between Christmas and sweets anyway. I understand it is about some tradition but now that we all know that sweets are not good for health, does it still have to go on like this? Not that bringing up any religous subject but these are some questions that always cross my mind.

Any further comments about this? Christmas and eating lots of sweets?

It is interesting I agree. I no longer celebrate Christmas as a religious holiday yet I still crave sweets (cookies, fudge, chocolate covered cherries, Andes chocolate mints) from my childhood Christmas traditions. I think it has a lot to do with everything and everyone around me screaming "CONSUME, BUY, EAT...everyone else is doing it you should too!!" Also, these engrained traditions from childhood die hard I guess.

Can you give 1 example of how your holiday tradition now is the same as when you grew up and one example of how it is different

I didn't use to like peppermint candy canes--now I do. They're good for the sinuses I get now... ...... that I didn't use to have then...? ......? It seems I've come full circle some how....I'm so confused.
Anyway...a tradition that has stayed the same for me is decorating the Christmas tree like its a work of art. Even after everything is on, I will continue to make finishing touches to it every day until Christmas.

A tradition that's stayed the same is that I see all of my family on Christmas Day. Something that is different is that I don't like getting gifts other than money.

    Bic lighter, Zippo, or matches?
