    You know, I'm not a big fan. It's not my favorite, but it's definitely something I would eat again.

    Rack of lamb, marinated in olive oil, lemon juice and rosemary, thyme and garlic and roast in the oven. Medium rare is how I like it. Mint sauce is nice to have with it, too.

    I don't mind it... I'm just so goddamn lazy. :fp: I'll go for what's easiest and I'm certainly not very good a cooking :fp:

    I can grill and cook for myself, no problem.... it's just not THAT good :lol:

    Baking the pumpkin seeds while the carving is going on so that you have a nice treat for after.. I used lemon pepper this year, and it was good..
