    I got rear-ended in Germany in 2012 when I was just coming back from my medical for the visa stuff ... I was in a Citroen C1, the other car was a commercial semi-truck. It was a empty road outside the city. The lady before me didn't go on green at the traffic light. I just arrived and made a sudden stop, didn't hit her and thought "yay!". Then I saw the semi-truck coming closer in my rearviewmirror ... Nothing happened to me, but the car was totalled. I was in some kind of a shock, more because I thought about what could have happened. It took my driving innocence away and I'm still getting nervous when somebody comes too close on the road. (Well, and the hood of my car over here in the states is as long as the Citroen was in total. I feel comfy with a lot of steel around me now :shifty: )
