    No triathlon for me. :shock: I am going to run the 5k faster though.


    Do you listen to music while running or are you a purist who thinks you need to be completely in tune to only yourself and the road ahead to be a true runner?

    I've been spinning (indoor cycle training) all winter trying to rehab my almost 40 yr old knee. Can't wait to get outside running again when the weather improves

    Yes, I even brought my bike from Germany over to the States. It's a beach cruiser and I love it. Can't wait for warmer weather to ride it again!

    The weather here is very unpredictable. It could be 40 degrees Fahrenheit in the am and 80 degrees by noon.
    If the weather people say it's a 20% percent chance of rain, and it rains for three days, no one here is surprised. It's rare for my location to have nice weather.
