    Hard to say. I spent 6 months on a clinical rotation in a prison (I was doing a scholarly research project, not hard time) and I didn't think they had it easy at all. Really, like animals locked up in cages.

    Yes, most definitely. But then, I also believe in capital punishment.

    Is there a humane way to do that?

    Not really. I'm glad there are people out there willing to run for public office and deal with all that entails, but I'm not sure I can think of any whose hands I'd want to shake.

    It makes me happier. I find that I care a lot less about what other folks think. Not meaning that I would be offensive, but I am much more comfortable with myself. And much more willing to keep things simple and laugh things off.

    Ever worry that as you get older, you might be getting demented? Or, more demented than your previous baseline?
