    Yes. I'm eating lots of veggies during the day, and very rarely have fast food or processed food. I'm not against these, but somehow I started avoiding stuff that has a lot of ingredients that I do not know.

    What is your guilty pleasure food?

    From scratch, I love trying new receipes! And plus, the pre-packaged stuff often is much too sweet for my taste. And by the way - did you know? When they first invented cake mixtures, you would only have to add water. The target group - housewives back in the 50's, didn't feel they showed enough effort for their family and didn't buy them. So the cake mixture industry developed new mixtures where you also have to add eggs, and butter and milk etc. I read that in The Feminine Mystique and I thought that was interesting. A very interesting read, by the way :)

    Yep, after my 4-month study stay in Oulu, I spent 3 days in December 2002 in Helsinki, just before christmas. Awesome place to be!

    I try to get a somewhat nice place...depending on why I'm in the town I'm visiting. if I'm on tour for PJ, gimmie the cheapest (but clean) hotel!

    How can you tell a hotel is clean? I got bed bugs when I spent my last time in the States in September in a motel. It looked clean, but it wasnt :? :evil:
