  • Do you think we should eliminate Day Light Savings?
  • Yes.

Do you think we should get rid of time altogether?

I think if I lived in a place (like extreme north or extreme south) where the sun didn't set or rise for days/months at a time, I'd be OK with getting rid of time altogether, because your body and mind probably don't process time the same way during those timeframes.

If you could jump through space and time to change a part of history, where/when would you jump to?

I would go back to a certain day in March 2012 and wear a fucking rubber.

    Are you a light sleeper?

Snuff is a good word, actually.

(Side note, I was born in 75 but figured I would stick w the theme)

Most memorable hike was going from Johnson ranch/Hungry Bills in Death Valley up and over into Panamint city and ending at Panamint base.  That trip was a mother of a hike!

How many natural disasters have you encountered?
  • hedonisthedonist standing on the edge of forever Posts: 24,524
    Two major ones, both earthquakes.

I'll never forget the 1994 one.  With a ton of aftershocks, no phone and no power, my neighbors and I sat in our hallway and passed around a bottle of whiskey.

What natural disaster frightens you the most?

Being from Australia I’d say Bushfire.
We rarely get earthquakes, I live in area void of tropical storms and don’t live near the ocean, so that’s counts out tsunamis.

Question: Do you eat / like coriander (cilantro)?

All the time.  Love it! Really adds flavour to taco soup, burritos, etc.

Do you like (ugh) Brussel Sprouts?

Absolutely.  Everything but the shopping 😂.  The internet has made that almost bearable.

    Existentialism, because nihilism sounds exhausting.

I’m in one. UUWA!!  I think there is still a place, look at what goes on at Walmart for chrissakes. Companies avoiding paying benefits by making everyone casual or part-time workers. It’s sick and I refuse to shop at Slavemart because of it.

Are there any companies/stores you refuse to purchase from due to reports of how they treat employees? Which one(s) and what occurred to vote with your wallet and avoid using their services?

  • Walmart.  I won't shop there.
I wish I didn't use Amazon as much as I do too.

What is your go to dry rub for a nice piece of meat?

I like to jerk my meat.

Do you bother with an annual physical checkup, or do you only seek medical attention when something is wrong?

When something is wrong. I don't think "annual checkup" even is a thing here in Sweden. Don't know anyone who would do that.

Attack of the Clones or Phantom Menace - which is worst?

  • Phantom Menace of course.  I like the story behind Clones and think it is actually good.

Do you participate in your works Christmas party if they actually have one?

Hell to the no! If they had it during working hours so that I'd get paid to be there, I'd go.

Why the fuck would someone spend their free time with work people?

They both suck! At least Gone With the Wind has a decent ending. But it's not really worth suffering through 4 hours to get to that ending.
