    Leftover potato salad from 2 days ago, that's right conman, we still have potato salad left. lol. And some mac n cheese.

    Oh...I was thinking of making oven-baked chicken with mashed potatoes and steamed carrots and broccoli.

    If it had gone up the coast then yes we would have but it went past us the other day.

    Do anything special with the chicken?

    Yes, I coat it in a mixture apple-cider vinegar and bbq sauce, which is seasoned with sea salt, sweet chili powder, cracked black pepper and garlic powder.

    Wow, that sounds really good. I usually cook by how I feel / what I think will work. There are a few things that I do by the book.

    Should make spaghetti or chili tomorrow?

    I do but since the wife had her gall bladder removed she can't have very spicy things.

    I think I'll put in some maple sausage as well, which I usually put in spaghetti too. Hopefully the tater tots in the freezer don't have freezer burn, I put them in there sometimes.

    Ever done that before?

    Not really, as I am the only one who eats chili at home, so I make it just the way I like it. :mrgreen:
